My story

When I was a child, mental health and anxiety were never discussed. I was often categorized as lazy or labeled a hypochondriac. I never understood my symptoms. I never spoke about how I was truly feeling in my mind or body in fear that I would be rejected or judged as “not normal.” After faking it to make it for so many years, my anxiety snowballed. I found myself avoiding people and places. I would often physically run out of real-life situations whenever I was in fear of my symptoms overwhelming me and not feeling safe.

Throughout my anxiety journey over the past decade, I have discovered and adopted different techniques to help reduce my debilitating symptoms and racing mind that I wanted to share with YOU. I collected every exercise, mantra, and activity that has helped me have some of the best days of my life so far! I am not anxiety-free by any means, but I have certainly come a long way from where I once was, and the greatest gift I have ever given myself was the ability to alleviate my symptoms naturally. I hope that this journal can become a ONE-STOP SHOP for ANXIETY RELIEF that you can lean on to help you manage your own experiences with anxiety.
